Relevance

The Leiden Bio Science Park (LBSP) is subject to diversification agreements per sub-area, which vary in severity depending on the function (offices or laboratories/production). These diversification-related agreements are aimed at retaining focus on life science and health. Every company that wants to be located at this site must thus meet pre-determined criteria. If there are doubts, applications will be evaluated by a diversification commission.
