The Leiden Bio Science Park (LBSP) is largely allocated through leasehold agreements. In the ‘Downloads’ section on this page you can find the general documents that apply to all leasehold agreements within the LBSP.

 

In addition to general legal provisions, each plot or project is subject to specific agreements that contribute to the sustainable development of the park. These may include requirements related to design quality, designated land use, and parking arrangements. Such requirements vary by location and are laid down in the individual leasehold agreement and accompanying documents once a plot has been allocated.
